Bonsai and butterflies

I have been doing new work for an upcoming show in June that will feature bonsai and butterflies in one of the panels.  All of my photos on this panel were taken at the Montreal Botanical Gardens during their "Butterflies Are Free Exhibition." In a previous post I showed some of the butterflies that I captured on film (or rather, pixels).  Here are two of the Bonsai Trees that I will print and frame for the show.

The exhibit runs from June 9 until the end of July.  There will be  four photographers and a potter in the show.  Please stop by at your convenience:

And now to my latest photography:  I'm doing butterfly triptychs for an upcoming show.  Taking my butterfly pictures, dividing them into stand alone threes and then I plan to frame each one and put them beside each other to form a triptych.  Here is a work in progress:
